Job summary

A construction staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in design, especially in the façade trade, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. This role involves drafting, design execution, and regular meetings with clients. A Class 3 driving license and own vehicle are preferred. The position offers a salary range of $2,800 to $4,600, working 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in design, preferably in façade trade.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling, shop drawing, MTO and cutting list.
• Take instructions from Superiors and execute tasks with motivation.
• Design, draft, and meet with clients and consultants.
