Lian Tong Electrical Engineering – Central Singapore

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Electrical) to join our team at LIAN TONG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED' in the Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings for our electrical engineering projects, using the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and technologies.

What you’ll be doing

Develop 3D BIM models and drawings for electrical systems and components, ensuring they comply with industry standards and client requirements

Collaborate with project teams to coordinate the integration of electrical models with other disciplines such as architecture, HVAC, and plumbing

Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve potential conflicts between building systems

Create detailed schedules, reports, and data visualisations to support project planning and decision-making

Provide technical support and training to project stakeholders on the use of BIM software and processes

Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, in Singapore Condo &HDB Project

Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Strong understanding of electrical engineering design principles, building codes, and industry standards

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Adaptability to new technologies and a willingness to learn and improve
