Job summary

A leading recruitment agency seeks a BIM Manager in Singapore to lead and manage BIM activities in compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate BIM models, develop the BIM Execution Plan, and ensure model quality throughout design and construction phases. Applicants should have a background in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in BIM roles. Strong understanding of BIM standards and tools is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and IDD activities per project requirements.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all BIM and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) activities in accordance with LTA and project requirements.

• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modelling standards, workflows, and coordination procedures.

• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using industry-standard BIM tools.

• Ensure model quality, compliance with required LOD, data accuracy, and proper version control throughout design and construction phases.

• Liaise with LTA and project stakeholders, provide BIM progress updates, resolve technical issues, and support the project team on BIM-related matters.

• Extract drawings, schedules, and digital deliverables from BIM models for submission, construction, and project handover.

Requirements

• Background in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM, design, construction, or IDD-related roles.

• Experience in at least one full project cycle (design or construction).

• Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA Academy) or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination processes, and digital delivery tools.
