Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM technology and workflows.
• Experience in LTA / MRT or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall BIM process within the organization, ensuring effective implementation across all design and construction projects.
• Establish, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of BIM data and models.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to project team members on BIM technology, tools, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues, conflicts, and clashes during project execution.
• Develop, update, and maintain BIM documentation, models, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for all projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM processes, technology, and workflows.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in BIM-related software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (knowledge of other BIM tools is an advantage).
• Experience in LTA / MRT or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
