Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Drafter to manage BIM data, prepare drawings, and coordinate with engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in LTA projects, be proficient in teamwork as well as independent work, and demonstrate skills in managing project files. This role offers opportunities to contribute to various engineering aspects including architectural, structural, and M&E support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in LTA Project and have relatable experiences on Drafter.
• Able to work well in teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in compliance with project requirements.
• Create and maintain project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers to manage and resolve clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission to sub-contractors.
• Supervise and update current revision status.
• Compile As-built drawing upon project completion.
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing.
• Any other duties assigned.
