Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is looking for a BIM Coordinator to train BIM modellers in company standards, manage modelling environments, and oversee schedules related to construction projects. You will also conduct quality checks on BIM models, collaborate with project teams, and execute simulations for project planning. A diploma in civil or structural building and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Train BIM modellers and drafters in company BIM standards.
• Setup and monitor modelling environment.
• Manage model schedule aligned with site schedule.
• Monitor BIM model and shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Conduct QAQC on BIM models.
• Manage BIM modellers' work scope and schedule.
• Work closely with project team on site progress.
• Establish and monitor clashes with the project team.
• Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Execute simulations for 4D and 5D.

• Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and in ICE sessions.
• Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Able to execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
