Job Description

Responsible for supporting day-to-day billing operations and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and payment processing within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update client payment information.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare billing and payment reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in billing operations, preferably in a logistics MNC.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting or billing systems.
• Singaporean only
