Job summary

A leading industrial gas supplier in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support. Responsibilities include tracking customer orders, liaising with customers, and filing documents. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have at least one year of relevant experience. This position requires commitment to work on alternate Saturdays and willingness to work in Tuas.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Support in company’s administrative duties.
  • Track customer orders and inventory, reconcile orders.
  • Liaise with customers for their operational requirements.
  • Document filing and update daily database.
  • Assist with ad hoc responsibilities.
