We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and nurturing After‑School Enrichment Teacher to support children and youths with special needs in a structured after‑school setting. The role focuses on conducting engaging enrichment and learning activities while supporting the development of practical skills, confidence, and independent learning in a structured and supportive setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and care for children and youths in an after‑school setting
• Support students with personal care routines when required, including toileting and showering
• Assist students with homework completion and provide academic reinforcement or revision
• Implement behaviour support strategies to encourage positive and appropriate behaviours
• Facilitate structured social skills activities to promote communication and peer interaction
• Plan and support community outings and leisure activities to build independence and real‑life skills
• Work collaboratively with the teaching and therapy team to support individual student needs

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions using ABA and early intervention strategies
• Implement individualized behaviour and learning programmes based on established goals
• Support children in developing communication, social, play, and self‑regulation skills
• Manage and respond to challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support strategies
• Collect and document session data and progress notes
• Work collaboratively with other therapists, teachers, and supervisors
• Communicate observations and progress with supervisors and relevant team members
