A recruitment agency is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for retail hours in Orchard/Novena. The role involves handling client registrations, managing phone inquiries, and cashiering duties, alongside maintaining inventory. Candidates should have at least an O' level qualification, relevant experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This position offers a permanent contract with a monthly salary of up to $2700 plus a variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of O’ level with experience in a similar position.
• Possess an amicable disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must show initiative, proactive and great willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and in group with good team spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and phone enquiries.
• Manage clients’ registrations, updating and keeping records.
• Scheduling of patients’ appointments.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Dispense products/medications.
• Maintain inventory.
• Sort, count, replenish product stock.
• Assist manager in stock take process.
• Maintain tidiness in dispensary area.
• Handle purchase order and delivery order.
