About the role

Vibrancy Skin Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Beauty Consultant/Manager to join our growing team in the Bedok East Region. As a Beauty Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on the best skincare and beauty products, and managing the day-to-day operations of our salon. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for career advancement.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing personalised consultations to clients, assessing their skin and beauty needs
2. Recommending and selling appropriate skincare and beauty products to meet client requirement
3. Managing the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, inventory management, and staff supervision
4. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients
5. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry
6. Contributing to the overall growth and success of Vibrancy Skin Pte Ltd

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a beauty consultant or in a similar customer-facing role
2. Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products, as well as the ability to provide expert advice to clients
3. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client experiences
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take on management responsibilities
6. Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is preferred
