Job description

Basic Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 + Commission
Address: Orchard
Working Hours: 10am - 7pm or 11:30am - 8:30pm
Working Days: 5.5 days work week, rotational shift (2 Sundays off per month)

Responsibilities

• Perform slimming and facial services according to customers’ needs (training provided).

• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and packages.

• Address customer inquiries and provide expert beauty and wellness advice.

• Design customized treatment plans after completing required training.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Support and drive sales performance by promoting treatments, packages, and beauty products.

• Assist in overseeing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.

• Guide, motivate, and support therapists/consultants to achieve individual and team targets.

• Assist the Manager in staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching.

• Handle basic customer service issues and assist in service recovery when required.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality guidelines.

• Support management in achieving outlet KPIs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry preferred.
