• Perform various skin treatments according to clients’ needs.
• Schedule clients' appointments.
• Data entry of client's information.
• Maintain clients files and documentation.
• Conduct pre-treatment and after treatment consultations.
• Respond to clients' queries and needs.
• Promote retail products or services.
• Conduct stock taking.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling clients appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain clients files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Any other administrative task when required
• Weekends and PH must work
