Job summary

A company in the beauty industry located in Singapore is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant Manager. Job description

We are recruiting a beauty sales consultant manager and two supervisors to handle the daily routine of the business.

Scope and responsibilities

• Responsible for staff training and development
• Motivate beauticians to achieve their goals and meet sales targets consistently
• Build customer relationship to develop potential customers into long term customers.
• Handle customers feedbacks and complaints to ensure a high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Provide services to customers who purchases the products such as facial wash , slimming, eyebrow trimming , manicure (including designing and extension)
• Recommend ,promote and identify suitable products/services to visitors according to their needs and demand.
• Evaluate beautician’s performance to provide feedbacks.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant management experience in Beauty industry.
• Candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin for communication between colleagues and customers
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Minimum diploma qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills required

• sales ,team management ,customer service and all relevant skills which a beautician should be equipped such a facial wash, manicure ,eyebrow trimming etc.
• Candidate who has a beauty certificate will be an advantage.

The salary will be $3000 -$5000 and high commission.
