Salary: $3,800 – $5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
- Maintain the bar— ensure it's clean, well-stocked, and ready for every service
- Interact with guests professionally and warmly, making them feel welcome and well-cared for; interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations when required
- Support operations including bar setup, closing procedures, and daily station maintenance
- Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring all supplies follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle
- Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
- Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Knowledge of wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
- A WSET, bar certification, or mixology background is a bonus
- To maintain an exemplary level of personal grooming in keeping with the Club’s policy and image
Requirements
- Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar
- Passionate about the craft of cocktails, beverage knowledge, and hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in every pour
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Positive team attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Able to work during peak hours, including night shift, weekends, and holidays
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant industry is required
- Salary is negotiable based on work experience
