Overview

We’re excited to announce the opening of our new bar in Central, close to MRT — and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our launch team!

Positions Available

1. Bar Manager
2. Waiters / Waitresses (Part-Time & Full-Time)
3. Florist (Part-Time & Full-Time)
4. Bartender
5. Accountant
6. Chef

Salary: $3,800 – $5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
2. Maintain the bar— ensure it's clean, well-stocked, and ready for every service
3. Interact with guests professionally and warmly, making them feel welcome and well-cared for; interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations when required
4. Support operations including bar setup, closing procedures, and daily station maintenance
5. Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring all supplies follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle
6. Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
7. Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
8. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
9. Knowledge of wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
10. A WSET, bar certification, or mixology background is a bonus
11. To maintain an exemplary level of personal grooming in keeping with the Club’s policy and image

Requirements

1. Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar
2. Passionate about the craft of cocktails, beverage knowledge, and hospitality
3. Strong attention to detail and consistency in every pour
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
5. Positive team attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
7. Able to work during peak hours, including night shift, weekends, and holidays
8. At least 3 years’ experience in relevant industry is required
9. Salary is negotiable based on work experience
