Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a personable bartender to join the dynamic team at Cat Bite Club, a globally recognized cocktail bar that specializes in agave and rice-based spirits. At Cat Bite Club, we’re all about serving up a playful, yet refined experience with a side of exceptional, honest hospitality.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks and classic cocktails, according to our menu recipes and standards, with a focus on highlighting the base spirit.
• Proactively engage with guests to provide consistent, exceptional experience.
• Maintain a standard of venue cleanliness from a 360 approach.
• Ongoing education to learn our collection of spirits, with a focus on the agave and rice-based categories.
• Continuously learn and stay ahead of trends, collaborating with the team to create innovative, signature cocktails.
• Support floor duties
• Take personal responsibility to resolve issues, always communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive impact.
• Perform all duties with safety in mind, ensuring a secure work environment for yourself and others.
• Show initiative by identifying tasks and proactively taking action to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
• Stay up to date with beverage industry trends, incorporating new ideas to enhance the bar’s offerings.
• Be a supportive team player, always willing to go above and beyond for the success of the bar.
