Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar tools, glassware, and work surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager regarding stock needs.

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately.
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties.
• Suggest and upsell cocktails, wines, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service across the restaurant or venue.
