Job summary

A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking a Barista to assist in daily food and beverage operations. Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in F&B as Barista or similar field.
• Computer literacy is required.
• A passion for coffee is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily F&B operations of taking orders, serving, managing cashiering duties
• Perform any duties assigned by the manager
• Ensure cleanliness of premise, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Provide prompt and good customer service, informing customers of current store promotion
• Able to multi task and familiarized with these areas:
  • Espresso Bar Station
  • POS Station
  • Waffle Station
  • Cold Beverage Station
  • Café Station (Bussing)
  • Back of House (Prep. Work)

Health and Safety Responsibilities

• Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
• Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
• Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
• Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

Job Requirements
