Responsibilities

  • Scan and verify any Public Behaviour infringements from CCTV monitors.
  • Validate all incoming Public Behaviour infringements and submit to BOS Team Lead.
  • Attend to enquiries regarding verification of Public Behaviour infringements.
  • Report faulty cameras or breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs.
  • Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions.
  • Prepare violation report extracted from application.

Role Profile

The purpose of the role is to verify and consolidate public behaviour (eg Smoking, urinating, Spitting, Defecating ) infringements from CCTV footage for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan, note down and verify any Public Behaviour infringements from the CCTV monitors
  • Validate all incoming Public Behaviour infringements and submit to BOS Team Lead.
  • Attend to enquiries regarding verification of Public Behaviour infringements and other related services
  • Report faulty cameras or breakdowns
  • Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments
  • Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Comply with the company’s Safe work procedures at all times
  • Prepare violation report extracted from application
Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Knowledge of Public Behaviour violation rules
  • Basic computer skills

Education & Experience
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience working with CCTV systems. Otherwise, training will be provided.
