Role & Responsibilities
- Drive B2B FMCG sales by visiting retail outlets, mamashops, supermarkets, and chain stores.
- Promote products through ground push (e.g., in-store displays, direct pitching) and actively expand distribution channels.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong customer networks across different retail scales.
- Manage order collection and ensure secure payment (cash or COD).
- Cover wide territories with frequent field activities and on-the-ground presence.
Key Outcomes / KPI
- Achieve a minimum of SGD 50,000 monthly sales (cash transactions only).
- Meet both sales volume and profit margin targets.
- Strategic goal: Deliver an average of 22 pallets daily, with a target monthly turnover of SGD 10M.
- Within 6–9 months, drive market penetration and strategic dominance, even with short-term trade-offs.
Requirements
- Energetic, resilient, and highly motivated with strong communication skills.
- Proven B2B FMCG sales experience (retail stores, convenience shops, mamashops, supermarkets, hypermarkets).
- Strong knowledge of FMCG product categories (e.g., beverages, alcohol, snacks).
- Multilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages preferred).
- Strong network, resourcefulness, and execution ability — must be able to “hit the ground running.”
- Salary base SGD 6,000/month.
- Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure, fully performance-driven.
