Job description

We are hiring a Network Administrator to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS network services, along with a working understanding of ITIL processes.

You will play a key role in maintaining secure and reliable network connectivity across hybrid environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
• Respond to network‑related incidents and service requests following ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
• Certification in AWS/Microsoft AZURE/Google cloud and Network will be advantageous.
