Job description

We are recruiting for a leading real estate company with diversified real estate asset classes and this portfolio will be primarily for their commercial portfolio.

You will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial performance, which will include developing asset plans as well as its divestment programmes. This will involve the implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement and sustainability.

You will identify and drive redevelopment opportunities to maximize value of properties, work with partners including asset managers, leasing managers and property managers to maximize operational efficiency and financial performance and deliver the business plan.

Requirements

You hold a Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance, Engineering from a reputable education institute and have at least 10 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. You possess in depth knowledge on the Asia Pacific real estate markets, valuation as well as asset management concepts. You are strong in interpersonal and communication skills as well as being highly analytical. You come with some leadership experience in managing a team.
