Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in internal audit, operational risk, operational due diligence, or similar within Financial Services or Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of efficiency, internal controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the JV and vendor operational due diligence program for the Real Estate business.
• Support the development of the JV ODD program, including process review.
• Develop tools for monitoring and reporting on JV operational risk profile.
