A financial consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a finance leader to partner with senior management in shaping financial strategies. This role requires strong experience in financial planning, risk management, and leadership. Candidates should have at least 10 years in finance, with significant experience in a leadership role. The position offers a chance to build and lead a high-performing finance team in a dynamic environment.
Job Description Partner with senior management to shape and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Drive long-term financial planning, capital structure optimization, and funding strategies (e.g., project financing, intercompany loans, equity partnerships).
Support expansion into new markets and projects through investment analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking at group and project levels.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting (IFRS / GAAP), consolidation, and statutory submissions.
Implement and maintain internal controls, risk management, and treasury policies.
Structure and manage project financing arrangements, including loans, JV structures, and investor agreements.
Monitor cash flow planning and working capital for ongoing development projects.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and capital partners to secure and manage funding.
Work closely with the SEA MD, Board, and investors to communicate financial performance and forecasts.
Support investor due diligence, reporting, and valuation exercises.
Engage in potential REIT listings, capital raisings, or corporate restructuring as needed.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Oversee implementation of ERP and finance systems for scalability and efficiency.
Drive automation and digitization in reporting and analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Good to have experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or logistics / industrial property sectors.
Strong understanding of project financing, intercompany loan structures, and regional tax / regulatory environments.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, strong investor relations and hands-on execution ability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
