Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of robotic systems and automated machinery.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of hardware automation solutions.
• Participate in system integration activities, ensuring compatibility with existing equipment and workflows.
• Learning automation solutions and provide training and support to end-users, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth adoption and operation of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop conceptual and detailed designs for automation systems, including hardware, software, and control strategies. Deploy Corporate automation standard defined and contribute to its development and improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates for industrial automation projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, operational requirements, and technical specifications for automation solutions.
• Lead the execution of automation projects, overseeing all aspects of implementation, testing, commissioning, and deployment to ensure successful delivery within schedule and budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including
  specifications, drawings, test reports, and change orders, and provide regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, automation, or a related field
• Interest in the implementation of industrial automation projects & project management
• Understanding of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, robotic arms, mobile robots, industrial data capturing, VSM and MES/MOM software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in industrial automation
