Job summary

Qualifications

  • Preferably at least 2 years Japanese cuisine experience.
  • Preferably with sashimi experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality.
  • Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness.
  • Development and compliance of SOP’s for operational consistency in the kitchen.
  • Other ad hoc task assigned by management.
