We’re looking for an Audio Visual Technician who’s passionate about live events, hands‑on with equipment, and ready to bring every show to life with lights, sound, and energy.

What You’ll Do

As an Audio Visual Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our event operations — ensuring that every screen lights up and every mic comes alive flawlessly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, operating, and dismantling audio, video, and lighting equipment for events
  • Performing testing, troubleshooting, and calibration before and during shows
  • Supporting livestream and hybrid event setups (camera systems, switchers, signal routing)
  • Maintaining and organising AV gear and inventory
  • Coordinating with producers, designers, and venue teams for seamless execution
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards on‑site
  • Providing technical support during rehearsals and live show operations
What We’re Looking For

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of AV or live event experience (fresh grads with strong technical aptitude are welcome)
  • Are familiar with LED walls, sound systems, lighting consoles, and switchers
  • Have basic knowledge of signal flow (HDMI, SDI, audio patching, etc.)
  • Work well in a team and can adapt quickly to changing show requirements
  • Are detail‑oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Are willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and on‑site for events

Bonus points if you have:

  • Class 3 driving license
  • Experience with vMix / ATEM / QLab / OBS
  • Passion for live production and show control
