A prominent HR service provider in Singapore is looking for an Assistant HR Manager. The role involves leading the HR team, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset. This position offers a salary range of $5500-$6500, performance bonuses, and a positive work environment.

Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring clear accountability, performance standards, and consistent service delivery.
Provide coaching, day-to-day direction, and work allocation to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Partner business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
Translate business requirements into practical HR initiatives covering manpower planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Act as a gatekeeper to ensure HR policies and decisions are fair, consistent, and compliant with company standards and Singapore regulations.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll support, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy.
Manage recruitment for both blue- and white-collar roles and support foreign manpower matters where applicable.
Handle employee relations matters, advising managers on disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Drive performance management, training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with MOM requirements, support audits and inspections, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and controls.
Handle all sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
In charge of company’s event planning and executions
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Hands‑on, operationally strong HR practitioner with the ability to think strategically.
Positive, resilient, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
Confident in managing employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable working on the ground with operations teams as well as engaging management.
