Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions. The role supports business operations by ensuring manpower stability, regulatory compliance, and a disciplined, performance-driven workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both operational and office roles.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, CPF submissions, and HR documentation.
  • Support training initiatives, WSQ programmes, and training bond administration.
  • Advise Management on manpower planning and HR best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience; experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations-based environments preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM practices.
  • Hands‑on, independent, and able to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
  • IHRP / SHRM certification is an advantage.
  • Experience managing both blue‑collar and white‑collar workforce preferred.
