Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years relevant experience in direct fundraising with proven track record.
- Experience in major gift fundraising preferred.
- Healthcare fundraising experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Actively solicit and manage Mid-Level and Major Gift ($10,000 to $1,000,000) prospects.
- Develop strategies and approaches to generate ever-higher levels of giving.
- Generates leads to increase the overall prospect pool.
- Leads Corporate Sponsorship initiatives and prepares tailored proposals for donor prospects
- Support team members to achieve their goals.
- Develop and lead communications strategies that raise awareness about the organization's mission and impact, inspire action, and support fundraising efforts.
- Assist in conceptualising and managing new programmes to deliver TTSH Community Fund’s objectives.
- Assist in reviewing and developing policies and process to ensure fundraising practices as well as regulatory and legislative frameworks are in place and adhered to.
- Prepares management report and budget as necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
- Healthcare and/or research fundraising experience will be an advantage.
- At least 6 to 8 years relevant experience in direct fundraising with proven track record.
- Proven experience in major gift fundraising.
- People-oriented with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse group of stakeholders.
- Able to think creatively and strategically.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
