Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is looking for an Asst Contract Manager to join their team in dynamic construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Led and guide the quantity surveying team to ensure timely, high-quality contract administration.
• Advise on and resolve contract claims, disputes, and adjustments.
• Managed project budgets, cash flows, and adjustments due to design or scope changes.
• Oversee main contract progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinated timely award and finalization of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry (civil, structural, or architectural works)
• Familiarity with local construction contracts (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC) and procurement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule

5.5 days’ work week.
