Job description

Talent Strategy has always been the key agenda and heart of GCIB APAC (Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Asia Pacific) Business Strategy. GCBDA - Talent Team will be partner closely with Business Heads in driving developmental programs to focus and align Talent strategy with Business strategy in GCIB.

The Team will drive systematic and pro-active talent development programs and embed a Learner-environment in GCIB APAC; promote a coaching and mentoring approach to performance management; emphasise engagement and drive inclusion and diversity. The Team will also oversee the internship and graduate trainee programs in GCIB APAC, which represent our strategic foundational talent initiatives.

You will be part of in GCBDA - TT, with exposure to plan, coordinate and identify training and development programs for GCIB APAC staff.

Responsibilities
  • Support Head of Talent Team in planning and executing any training schedules and programs
  • Assist to identify training interventions and talent retention programs with GCIB APAC staff/leaders
  • Work with Head of Talent Team to establish a series of knowledge nuggets on learning, coaching and leadership; review and update sharing learning catalogues and publicise training activities internally and externally
  • Design and maintain training dashboards and closely track the effectiveness of training programs by gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Design and implement DEI initiatives
  • Support in the Regional GCIB Graduate Trainee Program by reviewing the rotation schedules and coordinating any regional assignment(s)
  • Plan and execute internship activities for GCIB SG interns
Requirements
  • Degree in any, and not limiting to Human Resources, Training and development, Organization Development
  • For Associate: minimum 3 years’ experience in Training and Development
  • With strong interest and passion in talent management and development; staff engagement and DEI
  • Work experience in MS Office applications such as Words, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge in Pivot table and V-lookup is a plus
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal communication skills and writing skills.
