PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio through the coordination of product-related activities campaigns and launches across local countries. This includes assisting in the development of product plans collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping to implement marketing initiatives. He/She will help collect and analyze relevant market and product data and contribute to communicating updates and product roadmap developments from the regional team to country teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support in Strategic Planning and Roadmap Coordination
  • Assist in collecting and organizing product information to support the development of the CRM product roadmap for the APAC region.
  • Help ensure local activities align with regional priorities and support the positioning of key CRM products.
Marketing Campaign Coordination
  • Support the planning and coordination of regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with local teams.
  • Help adapt and roll out promotional activities for both new and existing products to support awareness and growth.
Market Research and Competitive Insights
  • Assist in gathering and summarizing market data customer feedback and competitor updates.
  • Help track CRM product performance and identify key market trends across the region.
Communication and Team Support
  • Help prepare product updates presentations and reports to support communication within the team and across departments.
  • Provide materials and assistance to local teams for customer meetings proposals and marketing activities.
Sales and Training Support
  • Contribute to the development of product tools training materials and sales resources.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions to help ensure teams understand key product features and messaging.
EDUCATION

BS/BA degree in Engineering Life-science Marketing Business Administration or Biology or another relevant advanced degree.

EXPERIENCE
Background in Healthcare or Medical Devices
  • 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry ideally within clinical sales support or marketing roles with at least 2 years in CRM.
  • Exposure to CRM or EP or related fields is an advantage.
Interest in Market Trends and Growth Opportunities
  • Basic understanding of medical device market dynamics and willingness to learn about current trends.
  • Ability to assist in gathering insights and supporting analysis to identify growth opportunities in the CRM space.
Language and Communication Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus supporting collaboration across the APAC region.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and learning how to contribute within a matrix environment.
  • Open to feedback and able to work collaboratively to support team goals.
