You will manage procurement, facilitate onboarding, and provide administrative support for meetings while handling the Director's calendar. Ideal candidates should hold a diploma and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a 2-year contract position with performance-based renewal.

Qualifications

  • Diploma required.
  • Experience in secretarial support will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support office procurement requisitions.
