Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for an Associate Executive for Clinical Services. The role involves engaging with community partners and programme target groups, achieving key performance indicators, and providing administrative support within the polyclinics. Candidates should possess a diploma or equivalent and relevant experience, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal skills. The role requires working closely with internal and external stakeholders and entails various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience or an equivalent with 8 years of experience.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive personality and a good team player.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with programme target groups to achieve KPIs.

Job description

Your role as an Associate Executive for Clinical Services (Community) encompasses community related engagement with partners and programme target groups. You are expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide administrative support for projects and services within the polyclinics.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on programme related duties
  • Interact and engage programme target groups to achieve programme KPIs
  • Assist with referrals / appointment booking as required
  • Follow up closely on programme indicators, and target groups as required
  • Support programme-related outreach, events, talks, surveys and meetings
  • Data entry, collate data, statistics and maintain tracking lists
  • Ensure programme space(s) are well maintained
  • Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma + ≥ 2 years’ experience; or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level + ≥ 8 years’ experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive personality, service oriented and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week alternate Saturdays
  • Work location will be in Punggol Polyclinic
