Make an Impact by:

• Conduct targeted, ad-hoc and regular investigations and audits to ensure compliance of work completion and claims with quality standards and requirements.
• Submit a comprehensive audit report detailing findings and recommendations on identified issues with stakeholders to share areas of improvement.
• Analyse existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement streamlined procedures.
• Document process changes and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Utilize process mapping tools and software to visualize and communicate improvements.
• Monitor and analyse first visit completion metrics across service teams.
• Identify root causes of repeat visits and develop actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with scheduling, dispatch, and field service teams to ensure Field Engineers are equipped for first-time resolution

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting service audit, fraud investigation, claims auditing in any industry.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection systems, analytics and process mapping tools.
• Experience with claims management systems and compliance tracking tools.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Collaborative mindset for working with compliance, and operational teams
