Qualifications

• 7–10 years in private equity, fund management, or a similar institutional environment.
• Strong exposure to fund structuring, documentation, LP engagement, and fund-level modelling.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic fundraising execution with detailed briefing materials.
• Coordinate fundraising sequencing and manage investor follow-ups.
• Build and maintain integrated fund-level financial models.
• Lead preparation of due diligence requests and manage reporting.
