Job description

We are seeking to recruit an Associate Director for our private debt portfolio, based out of Singapore. The successful candidate will lead and spearhead the establishment and subsequent management of the private debt portfolio. This involves leading and driving origination, due diligence, and monitoring activities.

The role is challenging but rewarding and requires a competent, experienced self-starter who can effectively deliver its objectives.

Requirements / Experience
  • The ideal candidate will hold a degree qualified from a reputable institution with at least 5 years+ of experience in private debt investments, preferably gained with an asset manager or other financial institution. Candidates with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for a senior role.
  • Conduct due diligence on pursued deals, including business diligence, risk underwriting, and managing external advisors.
  • Building robust and flexible financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
  • Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
  • First‑class interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin.
