A leading integrated lifestyle and entertainment destination in Asia, known for delivering large-scale, world-class developments is seeking a seasoned project manager to embark on a major transformation that will redefine the regional tourism and leisure landscape. The role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

This senior leadership role will lead the additions and alterations function, overseeing project teams and contractors to deliver refurbishment and upgrade works within a live operating environment. Other responsibilities include developing and executing clear project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, while ensuring strict adherence to statutory and building regulations; controlling changes to scope, cost, and schedule through a disciplined approach. You will also partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to minimise operational disruption and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned professional with 15+ years of relevant experience with a strong technical background in civil / mechanical / structural engineering. Proven experience working on large scale mixed‑use developments / mission‑critical infrastructure in live operating environments would be advantageous. To thrive in this role, you would be described as a hands‑on, motivated individual who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
