The Global Finance Team is responsible for the management and control of WorldQuant’s financial reporting systems. The team works closely with product and country managers, as well as with affiliated offices globally.

The Role:

  • Assist with financial operations of Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Korea offices
  • Assist with management and control all locally outsourced accounting support teams
  • Support the preparation of all tax and regulatory reporting
  • Assist with annual audit and preparation of financial statement reports
  • Analyze company ledger accounts actual to budget, month over month, and annual trend
  • Manage cash flows, reconcile bank accounts, and process monthly billings to corporate office
  • Prepare insightful financial analysis reports to management
  • Assist with design and development of enhanced accounting processes and procedures
  • Become a knowledge center for all financial activity

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of foreign currency accounting, local accounting principles, and US GAAP
  • Excellent oral and written English skills required
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative with minimal direction
  • Advanced Excel skills are required and will be evaluated as part of the interview process
  • Knowledge of Workday general ledger and human resource systems a plus
  • CPA or local equivalent a plus
