A prominent Oil & Gas company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Trade Finance Manager to manage documentary trade transactions. Responsibilities include reviewing letters of credit, negotiating with buyers and sellers, and ensuring compliance with trade operations. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma and at least 6 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates. Our client is an Oil & Gas company located in the CBD area, currently looking for an Assistant Trade Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Department Head, the incumbent will be working in a team of 3 staffs. He / She will be responsible to handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions. The main duties will include reviewing all letter of credits, negotiate LC with buyers / sellers, oversee shipment schedules, monitor invoices, liaising with banks, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day trade operations covering import and export LC transactions.
