Job description
SCOPE

Reporting the Rooms Division Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the smooth running, overall operationand profitability of the hotel spa, pool and gym. He/She will lead the spa & pool team effectively to deliver and exceed the guest's expectations and maximise profitability in accordance with hotel’s vision, core values and all related brand standards, procedures & policies.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
  • Oversee and be responsible for the day to day operations.
  • Perform spa treatments to a high standard according to the spa's standard operating procedures and policies
  • Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service, including complaints handling.
  • Manage customer bookings, scheduling, staff allocation and management.
  • Report daily sales, stocks and cash balances.
  • In charge of inventory and stock take.
  • Accountable for overall performance, sustainability, and profitability of the business.
  • Delivering services to the guests in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and facilitating training for the team.
  • Maintaining and cleaning machines, equipment in the spa, pool and gym.
  • Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to the manager and Human Resources Department at regular intervals
  • Assisting with budgets, payroll, and ensuring compliance with policies and health codes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Impeccable grooming and articulation.
  • Warm, friendly & confident personality.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Internationally recognised massage certificate.
  • Internationally recognised beauty therapy certificate.
  • Experience with advanced cosmetology. (an advantage)
  • First aid and CPR certificate (an advantage).
