Job summary

A dynamic engineering firm in Singapore is seeking individuals for solar project management roles. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing solar projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided. Knowledge in AutoCAD and a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred. Interested candidates should email their CV.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome. On job training provided.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Prefer to possess Class 3 driving license (Manual).

  • Assist Project Manager with coordinating and planning resources.
  • Manage solar project site team for safety compliance.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure conformity with specifications.

Job Description
  • Assist Project Manager with coordinating, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones
  • Perform site study for PV system recommendation
  • Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor site work progress to ensure projects conform to specifications, schedules, and budgets
  • Plan and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
  • Coordination with procurement team to raise sales request and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Create checklists for review or inspection of solar projects.
  • Assist in Investigation and troubleshooting of M&E issues during and post project implementation in coordination with clients, contractors, other stakeholders
  • Assist LEW with site testing and inspection of installation.
  • Assist Design and draft electrical single-line diagram (SLD), solar module layout and string-connection drawings for using AUTOCAD software.
  • Assist Design and draft mechanical drawing of solar PV systems
  • Prepare project documents for submission to authority and ensure smooth delivery of the project completion
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome. On job training provided.
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other related discipline preferred
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modelling software (like sketchup, PVsyst, Helioscope) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Prefer to possess Class 3 driving license (Manual)
  • Detailed Oriented
