Job summary

A leading manpower services provider in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Science Laboratory Technician for a 10-month contract. Responsibilities include maintaining lab cleanliness, assisting lab technicians in various subjects, and preparing for GCE O-Level Science exams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess good communication skills. This role requires full-time commitment of 42.5 hours per week and knowledge of English. Responsibilities

• Open/close lab doors and windows daily; ensure gas taps and fans are switched off after use.
• Maintain lab cleanliness; clear bins, clean sinks, benches, shelves, cupboards, and return equipment to proper places.
• Assist lab technicians with lesson and exam setup, cleaning, and inventory checks.

Maintain lab cleanliness clear bins, clean sinks, benches, shelves, cupboards, and return equipment to proper places.

Assist lab technicians in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Lower Secondary Science with lesson and exam setup, apparatus cleaning, refilling reagents, preparing specimens/chemicals, and inventory checks.

Support preparation and cleanup for GCE O-Level Science practical exams.

Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Requirement:

At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Laboratory Technician preferred.

Pleasant personality with good communication skills and fluent in English.

Duration/ Working hours:

10 months 10 days contract (1 Jan 2026 to 15 Nov 2026)

Work Hours (full day) Total 42.5 hours per week
