Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and client outreach.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with clients.
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned accounts and handle enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate internally with operations, kitchen, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer data.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal sales systems.
Team Support & Coordination
- Assist in coaching and supporting junior sales team members where applicable.
- Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and events.
- Support marketing or promotional initiatives as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or senior sales role is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
