Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and client outreach.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with clients.
Account Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned accounts and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, kitchen, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer data.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal sales systems.
Team Support & Coordination
  • Assist in coaching and supporting junior sales team members where applicable.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and events.
  • Support marketing or promotional initiatives as required.
