In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing sales process: lead/enquiry generation, sell all JustCo’s products and close deals
• Acquiring new sales and achieve sales target
• Touring customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
• Dealing with escalated customer requests/issues
• Recommending improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
• Working efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines

Pre-requisites for this role include:

• At least 5 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
• Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers or sales related industry is an advantage
• Sales driven with an excellent track record
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
