A restaurant operation in Singapore is seeking a supervisory staff member to assist in front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include ensuring service quality, supervising staff, and handling guest complaints. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Assist in supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations.
Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Oversee stock levels and liaise with suppliers for replenishment.
Support reporting, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
Take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proactive team player with good communication and leadership qualities.
Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures.
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
