Job description

We are supporting a Regional Bank’s Corporate Banking team in the hire of an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support its aviation and shipping portfolio. The role is suited for a credit-focused ARM with experience in large corporate and asset-based lending within a corporate or investment banking environment.

This is a high exposure role working closely with senior Relationship Managers, Credit, and Product teams, with direct involvement in credit analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio management on complex, deal driven transactions that support the bank’s growth strategy. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to S$80,000

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Relationship Managers on aviation and shipping transactions within Corporate Banking
• Perform in-depth credit analysis for large corporate deals
• Prepare and review credit proposals, financial analysis, and risk assessments
• Assist in transaction execution across structured lending, M&A-related, and IB-linked deals
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support deal origination and portfolio management

You are required to have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Credit Analyst / ARM within Corporate Banking or Investment Banking
• Strong hands on credit analysis capability supporting complex corporate transactions
• Experience covering large corporates, structured finance, or M&A-related deals
• Proven ability to support fast paced, deal driven teams
• Solid academic background in Finance, Banking, or related disciplines
