  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and retention.
  • Assist in creating awareness programmes and communicating effectively with members to promote Club activities, events, Food & Beverage offerings and Sports & Recreational programmes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.
