Permanent 8 hour shift Weekend availability Job Sector: Manufacturing & Production

LOCATION: 46 Senoko Drive

REPORTS TO: QA Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible in providing administrative support, in-line monitoring, and quality control checks to ensure company’s food safety standards and relevant government regulations are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts finished product inspectionVerifies Critical Control Points and ensures CCPs are monitored and controlled
    Conducts inspection of raw materials, semi-processed and finished products
    Conducts hygiene check and verifies cleaning & sanitation procedures
    Conducts food safety training for food handlers
    Handles food safety and quality documentation
    Conducts investigation regarding food safety and quality-related customer complaints and feedback
    Monitors retention samples
    Creates product labels in accordance to SFSA requirements
    Schedules and keeps track of product testing
    Maintains and calibrates QC tools
    Assists QA Manager in reviewing and updating the HACCP Manual
    Assists QA Manager in third party hygiene audits and supplier visits
    Assists QA Manager in liaising with suppliers on calibration, scheduled service, and repairs
    Assists QA Manager in data collection and analysis
    Reports to QA Manager any discrepancies or non-conformances noted
    Provides recommendations for system improvement

QUALIFICATIONS
